Delete your nomi account.

You can delete your nomi account and its data whenever you like. The quickest way is in the app, and it takes effect straight away.

Delete it in the app

1. Open nomi and go to the Settings tab.
2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete my account.
3. Tap Delete to confirm.

Your account and its data are deleted right away, and nomi starts over from the welcome screen. You can then remove the app from your phone.

Delete it without the app

If you signed in with Apple or Google and no longer have the app, email support@sugistudio.dev with the subject "Delete my nomi account". Send it from the email address linked to that sign-in, or include that address in your message. If you used Apple's Hide My Email, you'll find the address on iPhone in Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → nomi.

We'll confirm the request is yours, delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner), and email you when it's done.

If you never signed in with Apple or Google, your account isn't linked to an email address or anything else we can find it by, so please delete it in the app. Once the app is removed, nobody can sign in to that account again.

What gets deleted

• your account ID and any linked Apple or Google sign-in;
• your name, household, budget, cooking nights, store and ZIP code;
• your diet, allergies, liked proteins, skipped ingredients and appliances;
• your onboarding answers;
• your meal plans, grocery lists, favourites, ratings, notes, cooked meals and viewing history;
• your reminder settings and notification tokens;
• our record of your subscription and any offer codes you redeemed.

What we keep

• Messages you've sent us. They're unlinked from your account, and kept only as long as we need them for support and business records. Ask and we'll delete them too.
• Purchase records at Apple, Google and RevenueCat. They keep their own records of your purchases under their policies and tax laws.
• Backups and logs. Copies in our hosting provider's backups are overwritten on a rolling basis, and server logs are kept for a short time, usually days to weeks.

Delete some data but keep your account

• Favourites and meal history: Settings → Your meals → Reset saved meals, or Reset suggested meal history.
• Allergies and other preferences: change or clear them in the Preferences tab.
• Reminders: turn them off in Settings.

To stop Apple listing nomi as an app that uses your Apple ID, go to Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → nomi → Stop Using Apple ID.
